DhrubokIT By Pulak Telecom is committed to maintaining complete transparency in all business dealings. This policy applies to all software development services, including web applications, mobile apps, enterprise solutions, and custom software projects. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein.
Upon finalization of project pricing and signing of the service agreement, a 60% advance payment is required before commencement of work. This advance covers initial setup costs, resource allocation, project documentation, and commencement of development activities.
At project commencement — 60% Advance
Upon project delivery — 40% Balance
If project delivery extends beyond the agreed deadline by 7 days, a flat 5% discount will be applied to the total project cost. For each additional day of delay beyond the initial 7 days, an additional BDT 100 will be deducted per day.
Example: For a BDT 50,000 project delayed by 10 days = 5% (BDT 2,500) + BDT 300 = Total BDT 2,800 discount

Once the project has been delivered and accepted by the client, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. Clients are required to thoroughly test and verify all features during the delivery phase before final acceptance.
If the client wishes to cancel the service agreement prior to project delivery, a maximum of 30% of the total amount paid may be refunded, subject to terms and conditions.
Refund Processing Time: 15-30 business days
Any additional services or features requested beyond the agreed project scope will be charged separately based on client requirements and complexity.
We maintain a strict no-hidden-charges policy. All terms and conditions will be clearly documented in the service agreement and invoice.
Upon execution of the service agreement, all terms and conditions become legally binding for both parties. Detailed terms will be explicitly stated in the agreement document and invoice.
If the client breaches the terms of the service agreement, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately without any refund obligation.
Domain registration services are strictly non-refundable. Once a domain name is registered, it is considered a final purchase and cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
