3. Payments & Pricing

Prices for our custom services are quoted based on project requirements. Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Dhrubok IT Solution retains the intellectual property rights to the source code and designs until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as per the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dhrubok IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
